- You receive a one-page plan with a price and choose your dates.
- The work happens in half-day or full-day sessions: you decide what stays, and Janice handles the sorting, the setup, the labels, and the donation run.
About Janice
Janice ran the day-to-day operations of an alarm company for 30 years, a business built on sending trustworthy people into other people's homes. Before that she spent 15 years in the garment industry. She retired a couple of years ago and now organizes homes across the Inland Empire.

Donations
Pricing and service area
Sessions start at $300. Most single rooms take one session; garages and whole-home projects take several, and the plan states the number before you commit. If a space doesn't work as planned, Janice comes back within 14 days and fixes it at no charge.
Founding offer: the first five homes receive 15 percent off, in exchange for a short feedback call and permission to photograph the finished space. Details on the Pricing page.
See pricingJanice is based in Upland, with no travel charge within 20 miles: Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, Montclair, Ontario, La Verne, San Dimas, Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Glendora, and the towns between. From 20 to 35 miles, including Pasadena, Riverside, Redlands, and north Orange County, a flat travel charge applies.
